Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, certificates, packaging, and proof of purchase included.
To start a return, contact us at evanlei326@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, resized, engraved, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and payment processing charges may not be refundable. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
