Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation, unless a product page states a different processing time.

Made-to-order, personalized, resized, or custom jewelry may require additional production time. We will contact you if your order requires a longer timeline.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or local service disruptions.

Tracking and signature

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. For high-value jewelry, signature may be required upon delivery.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not collected by evanjade unless stated at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at evanlei326@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage so we can help investigate with the carrier.
